Since 2007, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, women and older adults navigating a range of challenges including: . ADHD . Anxiety and Depression . Perfectionism in Gifted/ High Achieving I tailor my therapeutic approach to your unique needs, using a verity of evidence-based modalities. More importantly, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported. A place where you can reflect, heal and redefine what a fulfilling life looks like for you. Sessions are currently offered online, with in person availability coming soon. I am license in the state of Florida and New York.
